Role: Designed and organized the event staging layout for a multi-use venue, including VR demonstrations, projections, art displays, and audience seating.

Key Areas Designed:

1. Photo Shoot Area:

 • Description: Professional photography zone equipped with a neutral gray backdrop, adjustable lighting, and a Canon EOS R5 camera setup for guest portraits.

2. VR Demonstration Area:

 • Dimensions: 12 ft x 12 ft (144 sq ft)

 • Platform: Elevated 6-inch platform constructed from reinforced plywood with a non-slip rubberized surface for user safety.

 • Safety Boundary: Enclosed with a 3 ft high clothesline barrier made from stainless steel posts and black braided nylon rope to define the interaction zone.

3. Screen & Art Room:

 • Partition Walls: Utilized Softwall movable partitions made from nonwoven polyethylene textile with a honeycomb structure, allowing flexibility in space configuration. Each partition measures 6 ft in height and can extend up to 15 ft in length.

• Arrangement: Partitions were angled to create dynamic pathways and intimate display areas, enhancing the visual and functional aspects of the space.

4. Main Seating Area:

 • Seating Capacity: Configured to accommodate over 100 guests with black padded, foldable event chairs provided by Gray Area Theater.

5. Concessions & Help Desk:

 • Placement: Strategically located near the main entrance to provide guests with easy access to refreshments and information.

6. Retail Spaces:

 • Note: Adjacent retail units are separate from the event venue and were not included in the staging layout.

Special Design Features:

 • Movable Partition Walls: The use of Softwall partitions provided acoustic absorption and flexibility, allowing the space to be reconfigured quickly for various event needs.

• VR Setup: The dedicated platform and safety boundaries ensured an immersive and secure experience for users, aligning with industry standards for interactive installations.
